5. Digital Files: Digital files provided to clients are for the client's licensed use only. Clients are prohibited from distributing or sharing digital files with third parties without permission. WKD Photography retains the right to use the digital files for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Watermarks: WKD Photography may include watermarks on digital or printed photographs to protect copyright. Removal of watermarks without permission is prohibited.
